Aleesha young has established herself in the elite bodybuilding world as one of the top females. Aleesha Young was born the year 1984 in an athletic family. Her dad was an athlete, Aleesha's siblings were involved in sports such as playing ice hockey. Aleesha has played many sports such as basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha earned her professional card after taking home her first NPC USA Championships 2014. However, she began competing in the year 2008. She also took part in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro, where she finished 9th. In 2015 she maintained her 9th place finish. Aleesha was 6th in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships in 2015 and in 2016. Aleesha has been steadily growing and in 2019 she took home her first pro title, in the Chicago Pro Championships. Bodybuilder Aleesha had the best performance at the WOS Rising Phoenix event, in which she was 4th overall in 2020. But the "World's strongest mom" was forced to rest due to health issues.
